Terms & Conditions for Conference Registration
1. Registration and Payment
Payment Deadline: For registrations choosing offline payment, full payment must be completed and proof of payment submitted within 3 business days of form submission, or no later than 48 hours prior to the event start, whichever is earlier.
Cancellation for Non-Payment: Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe will result in the automatic cancellation of your registration slot without prior notice.
Seat Allocation: Admission to the conference is only guaranteed upon successful verification of payment by the administration.
2. Attendee Conduct and Decorum
Professional Discipline: All attendees are expected to maintain professional behavior, mutual respect, and proper discipline throughout the duration of the conference, including during presentations, networking sessions, and workshops.
Code of Conduct: Any form of harassment, disruptive behavior, use of offensive language, or intentional damage to venue property is strictly prohibited.
Right to Expel: The organizers reserve the right, without a refund, to deny entry or immediately remove any individual from the venue whose behavior is deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or a threat to the safety and comfort of other attendees.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Attendee Cancellation: All registration fees are non-refundable.
Event Alteration/Cancellation: The organizers reserve the right to alter the schedule, speakers, or venue if necessary. In the rare event of total conference cancellation by the organizers, a full refund of the registration fee will be issued, but the organizers are not liable for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred by attendees.
4. Media and Photography
By attending the conference, you acknowledge and agree that the event may be photographed or recorded. The organizers reserve the right to use any such photographs, videos, or audio recordings for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes without requiring further approval or providing compensation.
5. Liability
The organizers shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring at the conference venue. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings and safety at all times.
